自制通乳梳配合手法按摩对产后通乳的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨自制通乳梳配合手法按摩促进产后通乳的效果。方法选取广东省中西医结合医院2023年4月至2024年4月收治的100例产后缺乳产妇作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(50例)、观察组(50例),分别行手法按摩、自制通乳梳+手法按摩,比较两组干预效果。结果与干预前相比,两组干预后3、6、9 d泌乳量评分均降低,且观察组泌乳量评分比对照组更低(P<0.05)。与干预前相比,两组干预后3、6、9 d乳房充盈度评分更低,且观察组乳房充盈度评分比对照组更低(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意率(94.00%)高于对照组(78.00%)(P<0.05)。结论在产后缺乳产妇护理中实施自制通乳梳+手法按摩效果较好,可促进泌乳,改善乳房充盈度,且产妇具有较高的护理满意度,值得推广。Objective To explore the effect of self-made milk comb combined with manual massage on postpartum lactation.Methods A total of 100 parturients with postpartum hypogalactia in Guangdong Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from April 2023 to April 2024 were selected as the study objects.According to random number table method,they were divided into control group(50 cases)and observation group(50 cases).Manual massage and self-made milk comb+manual massage were performed respectively,and the intervention effect of the two groups was compared.Results Compared with before intervention,the score of lactation volume in both groups was decreased at 3,6 and 9 days after intervention,and the score of lactation volume in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with before intervention,the breast filling score in both groups at 3,6 and 9 days after intervention was lower,and the breast filling score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group(94.00%)was higher than that in the control group(78.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing of postpartum hypogalactia,the effect of self-made milk comb+manual massage is better,which can promote lactation and improve breast fullness,the parturients have higher nursing satisfaction,and is worth promoting.
