摘 要:目的探讨基于信息-动机-行为技巧(IMB)模型的信息-知识-信念-行为(IKAP)健康教育在妊娠高血压综合征(简称“妊高症”)患者中的应用效果。方法选择2018年9月至2022年9月汉中市铁路中心医院收治的80例妊高症患者为研究对象,按照不同干预方案将其分为对照组(40例)与研究组(40例)。对照组采用常规护理措施,研究组在对照组基础上采用基于IMB模型的IKAP健康教育,对比两组的干预效果。结果研究组的治疗总依从率较对照组高(P<0.05);在疾病知识掌握度评分方面,干预后研究组较对照组高(P<0.05);在血压方面,干预后两组均降低,且相比于对照组,研究组降低更加突出(P<0.05);研究组不良母婴结局发生率均较对照组更低(P<0.05)。结论在妊高症患者护理中开展基于IMB模型的IKAP健康教育,有助于更好地控制血压,改善母婴结局。Objective To explore the application effect of information-knowledge-attitude-practice(IKAP)health education in patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome based on information-motivation-behavioral skill(IMB)model.Methods A total of 80 patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome admitted to Hanzhong Railway Central Hospital from September 2018 to September 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into a control group(40 cases)and a study group(40 cases)according to different intervention plans.The control group received routine nursing measures,while the study group received IKAP health education based on the IMB model on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects between the two groups were compared.Results The total treatment compliance of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The score of disease knowledge mastery in the study group was higher than that in the control group after intervention(P<0.05).After intervention,blood pressure in both groups decreased,and the decrease in the study group was more prominent compared with the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse maternal and infant outcomes in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion IKAP health education based on the IMB model in the nursing of patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome can help better control blood pressure and improve maternal and infant outcomes.
