摘 要:本文随机选取了50批不同材质的童鞋样品,在干态、湿态条件下对其进行平滑、后跟模式下的动态防滑测试,研究发现大部分童鞋鞋底的湿态动摩擦系数不能满足国外标准基本要求,存在严重的安全隐患,国内关于童鞋鞋底防滑性能要求及测试需要引起足够重视。文末对影响鞋底动态防滑性能的三个要素作了分析,进行了符合性判定,在鞋底结构设计、量化考核等方面给出了相关建议。In this paper,50 samples of children's shoes with different materials were randomly selected to carry out dynamic anti-slip test in smooth and heel mode under dry and wet conditions.The study found that the wet dynamic friction coefficient of most children's shoes soles could not meet the basic requirements of foreign standards,and there were serious safety risks.Domestic requirements and testing on the anti-slip performance of children's shoes soles should be paid enough attention.At the end of this paper,three factors affecting the dynamic anti-slip performance of the soles are analyzed,the conformity is determined,and relevant suggestions are given in the structural design and quantitative assessment of the sole.
