摘　　要：为研究人体安全性能生态皮革,结合生态皮革现有标准和实际制造情况,基于生物相容性原理,引入细胞毒性、急性经口毒性、皮肤致敏性三项指标,提出人体安全性能生态皮革检测项目和要求,构建人体安全性能生态皮革评价体系,其中人体安全性能要求无细胞毒性、无急性毒性和无皮肤致敏性。这有助于规范人体安全性能生态皮革的研发、生产和销售,为生态皮革的健康发展提供技术支持。In order to study the human safety performance of ecological leather,combined with existing standards and actual manufacturing conditions of ecological leather,based on the principle of biocompatibility,three indexes of cytotoxicity,acute oral toxicity and skin sensitization were introduced,the detection items and requirements for human safety performance ecological leather were proposed,and an evaluation system for human safety performance ecological leather was constructed.The human safety performance ecological leather has no cytotoxicity,no acute toxicity and no skin sensitization.This helps standardize the research,production and sales of ecological leather with human safety performance,providing technical support for the healthy development of ecological leather.
