摘　　要：该文全面探讨了骨质疏松症(osteoporosis,OP)的发病机制及中医传统功法在其预防和治疗中的作用。通过比较中医和现代医学对OP的认识,彰显了中医传统功法的重要性。详细介绍了太极拳、八段锦、五禽戏和易筋经等中医传统功法的临床应用情况,并阐述了它们通过调节机体气血、增强肌肉力量、促进骨密度提高等方式来预防和治疗OP的机制。另外,分析了中医传统功法对机械应力和钙的调节效应,以及在促进骨代谢、增加骨密度、降低骨折风险等方面的作用机制。最后,呼吁深入研究中医传统功法在骨质疏松康复中的应用,并建议制定标准化、适用范围明确的传统功法锻炼方案,以期在未来更好地应用中医传统功法于临床实践中,有效应对骨质疏松症的挑战。This paper comprehensively explores the pathogenesis of osteoporosis(OP)and the role of traditional Chinese exercises in its prevention and treatment.By comparing the understanding of OP between traditional Chinese medicine and modern medicine,the importance of traditional Chinese exercises is highlighted.Detailed descriptions are provided on the clinical application of traditional Chinese exercises such as Tai Chi,Baduanjin,Five-Animal Exercises,and Yijinjing,elucidating their mechanisms in preventing and treating OP by regulating the body's Qi and blood,enhancing muscle strength,and promoting bone density.Additionally,the effects of traditional Chinese exercises on mechanical stress and calcium regulation are analyzed,along with their mechanisms in promoting bone metabolism,increasing bone density,and reducing fracture risk.Finally,there is a call for in-depth research into the application of traditional Chinese exercises in osteoporosis rehabilitation,with a suggestion to develop standardized and specific exercise programs,aiming to better apply traditional Chinese exercises in clinical practice and effectively address the challenges of osteoporosis.
