摘　　要：经方医学是以张仲景《伤寒杂病论》为基础的传统中医经典方剂用药的学术知识体系,发展至今仍影响深远。特别是近当代以来的经方名家如叶橘泉、胡希恕、刘渡舟、娄绍昆和黄煌等,通过临床实践和理论研究,赋予其新的生命力。他们在把握经典、强调方证辨证的基础之上强化经方临证思维、探索经方经世之用,以适应复杂多变的临床疾病需求。与医经医学相比,经方医学更强调经验的客观性和合理性,追求临床实证研究。其治疗方法和学术思想充分体现了传统中医的实践性和灵活性。近当代经方医家们的研究和实践不仅拓展了对经方的理解和应用,也为经方的现代化研究提供了新思路。他们所倡导的理论与思想为经方医学的未来发展提供了重要的启示。Classical prescription medicine is an academic knowledge system of traditional Chinese medicine's classic prescriptions based on ZHANG Zhongjing's Treatise on Cold Pathogenic and Miscellaneous Diseases,and it continues to have a profound influence to this day.In particular,since modern times,classical prescription medicine scholars such as YE Juquan,HU Xishu,LIU Duzhou,LOU Shaokun,and HUANG Huang have revitalized it through clinical practice and theoretical research.By grasping the classics and emphasizing the diagnosis based on formulas and symptoms,they have strengthened the clinical thinking of classical prescription medicine and explored its practical applications to meet the complex and changing needs of clinical diseases.Compared with medical classics medicine,classical prescription medicine places greater emphasis on the objectivity and rationality of experience and pursues clinical empirical research.Its therapeutic methods and academic ideas fully reflect the practicality and flexibility of traditional Chinese medicine.The research and practice of modern and contemporary classical prescription medicine physicians have not only expanded the understanding and application of classical prescription medicine but also provided new ideas for its modernization research.The theories and ideas they advocate offer important insights for the future development of classical prescription medicine.
