摘　　要：在互联网时代,移动通信网络的内容具有复杂、多元化等特性,对流量的使用提出了新的要求。通过流量管理智能化创新,可以实现移动通信网络智能化、稳定性、规范性发展,提高移动通信网络的运营收益。优化流量管理智能化创新方案,有助于增强流量管理的综合效果。In the Internet era,the content of mobile communication network has the characteristics of complexity and diversity,which puts forward new requirements for the use of traffic.Through the intelligent innovation of traffic management,the intelligent,stable and standardized development of mobile communication network can be realized,and the operational benefits of mobile communication network can be improved.Optimizing the traffic management intelligent innovation scheme helps to enhance the comprehensive effect of traffic management.
