摘 要:采用感应熔炼和熔体快淬法制备Nd_(2)Fe_(14)B/PrCo_(5)纳米双相快淬带,研究了PrCo_(5)含量对快淬带相结构、磁性能和交换耦合作用的影响。XRD测试结果表明,快淬带具有Nd_(2)Fe_(14)B和PrCo_(5)双硬磁相,并且在制备过程中并未氧化和产生新相。PrCo_(5)含量对磁性能影响明显,适量添加PrCo_(5)有助于提升矫顽力,但剩磁、最大磁能积随PrCo_(5)含量的增加而降低。回复曲线研究表明,回复曲线的“开口”现象与PrCo_(5)含量有关;δ_(M)曲线测试表明Nd_(2)Fe_(14)B/PrCo_(5)快淬带存在强烈的交换耦合作用。综合分析,PrCo_(5)含量为12%时Nd_(2)Fe_(14)B/PrCo_(5)纳米双相快淬带获得最优磁性能,剩磁M_(r)=8.73 kGs,矫顽力H_(cj)=11.03 kOe,最大磁能积(BH)_(Max)=15.83 MGOe。The nanocomposite Nd_(2)Fe_(14)B/PrCo_(5) melt-spun ribbons were prepared by induction melting and melt-spinning technique,and the effect of PrCo_(5) addition on the phase structure,magnetic properties and exchange coupling was investigated.The XRD test results indicate that the ribbons has dual hard magnetic phases of Nd_(2)Fe_(14)B and PrCo_(5),and no oxidation or formation of new phases occur during the preparation process.The content of PrCo_(5) has an obvious effect on magnetic properties,and the appropriate addition of PrCo_(5) can help improve coercivity.However,the remanent and maximum magnetic energy product decrease with the increase of PrCo_(5) content.Research on the recoil loops shows that the "opening" phenomenon of the recoil loops is related to the content of PrCo_5,and the δ_(M) curve test shows that there is a strong exchange coupling effect in the Nd_(2)Fe_(14)B/PrCo_(5) ribbons.Comprehensive analysis shows that optimal magnetic properties of the nanocomposite Nd_(2)Fe_(14)B/PrCo_(5) ribbons can be obtained at 12%PrCo_(5) content,with remanent M_(r) of 8.73 kGs,coercive H_(cj) of 11.03 kOe,and the maximum magnetic energy product(BH)_(Max) of 15.83 MGOe.
