摘  要:以环氧树脂、固化剂、助剂等为主要原材料,研制一种透明胶粘剂。将透明胶粘剂涂布在透明薄膜表面,烘干后与离型纸覆合,即得到透明覆盖膜。对比测试透明聚酰亚胺(CPI)薄膜、透明聚萘酯(PEN)薄膜、透明聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)薄膜及普通聚酰亚胺(PI)薄膜的可见光透过率、耐热性及粘结性。结果表明,透明PET膜具有最优的可见光透过率,透明PEN膜和透明CPI膜次之,普通CPI膜的可见光透过率最低;在耐热性方面,普通CPI膜和透明CPI膜均可满足288℃的耐热要求,透明PEN膜和透明PET膜分别满足255℃和205℃的耐热要求;在粘结性性能方面,透明CPI膜、透明PEN膜、透明PET膜及普通CPI膜基本相当。经应用评估,可知透明胶粘剂具有良好的耐酸性能。A transparent glue is prepared by mixing epoxy resin,curing agent and additives,etc.The transparent glue is coated on the transparent film and coverd with released paper to prepare transparent coverlay.The visible light transmittance,heat resistance and adhesion performance of CPI,PEN,PET and PI films are investigated.The results show that transparent PET film has the best visible light transmittance,followed by transparent PEN film,CPI film,and normal PI film.Normal PI film and CPI film can meet the heat resistance requirements of 288℃,but transparent PEN film and transparent PET film can only meet heat resistance requirements of 255℃and 205℃,respectively.In terms of adhesion,transparent CPI film,transparent PEN film,transparent PET film and normal PI film are basically equivalent.The FPCB application evaluation shows that the transparent adhesive has good acid resistance.
