摘 要:抗菌素耐药性迅速发展导致传统抗生素逐渐失效,因此人们开始越来越多地探索抗菌纳米材料作为替代品。在二维材料领域中,氧化石墨烯(GO)因其具有纳米尺寸、近红外吸收、离域电子、极高的比表面积和多功能的表面特性而引起了科学家的广泛关注,使其成为抗菌纳米材料领域中颇具价值的候选材料之一。GO表现出抗菌活性的机制包括细胞包裹、与尖锐边缘的接触、氧化应激以及破坏性提取磷脂等方式。考虑到不同尺寸GO对抗菌活性的影响,本文简要介绍了GO的制备与抗菌机理,重点总结了不同尺寸GO的主要制备方法,以及合成后分离技术来均匀化GO的粒径,最后综述了不同尺寸GO的抗菌性能,并提出了不同尺寸GO在制备与分离及抗菌方面面临的挑战和未来的研究方向。The rapid development of antibiotic resistance has led to the gradual ineffectiveness of traditional antibiotics,prompting people to explore antimicrobial nanomaterials as alternatives.In the field of two-dimensional materials,graphene oxide has attracted wide attention from scientists due to its nanoscale size,near-infrared absorption,delocalized electrons,extremely high surface area,and multifunctional surface properties,making it a valuable candidate material in the field of antimicrobial nanomaterials.The mechanisms through which graphene oxide exhibits antimicrobial activity include cell wrapping,contact with sharp edges,oxidative stress,and destructive extraction of phospholipids.Considering the impact of different sizes of graphene oxide on antimicrobial activity,this article briefly introduces the structure and antimicrobial mechanisms of graphene oxide,focusing on the main methods for preparing graphene oxide of different sizes,as well as separation techniques to homogenize the particle size of synthesized graphene oxide.Finally,the antimicrobial performance of graphene oxide of different sizes is summarized,and the challenges and future research directions in the preparation,separation,and antibacterial aspects of graphene oxide with different sizes are proposed.
