摘  要:为解决冷轧辊开坯锻造应变不均匀,提升轧辊致密度与组织均匀性,采用有限元模拟软件,通过设定不同进给量(380、330、280 mm),研究H13钢冷轧辊锻造区和接砧区等效应变分布规律,以及中心孔洞缺陷闭合情况;通过在相邻锻造道次设定不同错砧量,研究坯料任意横断面上的应变梯度及沿中心轴线上的应变分布。结果表明:不同送进量下,等效应变分布呈现相同变化趋势,轧辊表面等效应变较大的区域出现在接砧区,而心部应变较大区域则出现在锻造区;当送进量为280 mm时,且气孔心部与外缘的相对密度非常接近,约为0.96~0.97。坯料经过两道次锻造拔长,且相邻道次错砧量为0.5 L时,坯料中心等效应变趋于均匀。In order to solve the uneven strain of cold roller and improve its density and tissue uniformity,the law of equivalent strain distribution in the case of the different feeding value(380,330,280 mm)including the forging and anvil-jointing areas,as well as the density and defect closure for centre hole of H13 steel were studied by FEA software.Furthermore,by setting the different the malposition value at the neighboring forging period,the strain gradient along the cross section and the center axis were also studied,respectively.The results show that under the different feeding value the distribution laws of the equivalent strain display the same change trend.That is to say,for the roller surface,the max value appears in the anvil-jointing area,while for the centre,the max value appeared contrarily in the forging area.When the feeding value is decreased to 280 mm,the centre equivalent strain becomes basically uniform.And the values of relative density between the heart and the outer edge of the hole are very close about 0.96~0.97.After two forging period,the equivalent strain values are significantly improved.When the malposition value is up to 0.5L,the equivalent strain values have become uniform along the center of billet.
