摘 要:对矫直工艺规程的持续优化不仅是挖掘设备潜力、节能降耗的重要措施,而且对于整个轧线的产能提升都具有重要的意义。在生产实践中,对工艺规程的优化主要体现在对压弯量和矫直速度这两个重要的工艺参数的调整上。本文首先根据金属材料矫直理论和设备恒功率工作制度,对压弯量、矫直速度进行了理论分析。其次,结合热矫直机的矫直方案和传动装置布置特点展开讨论。最后,以九辊中厚板热矫直机举例说明,通过绘制压弯量调整曲线、矫直速度调整曲线得出工艺参数调整方案,为正确选择工艺参数,优化工艺规程提供了理论依据。Continuous optimization of straightening process is not only an important method to discover the potential of equipment,save energy,and reduce consumption,but also of great significance for improving the production capacity of the entire rolling line.In practice,the optimization of process is mainly reflected in the adjustment of two important parameters:bending amount and straightening speed.This article first conducts a theoretical analysis of the bending amount and straightening speed based on the theory of metal material straightening and the constant power working system of equipment.Secondly,this article discusses the straightening scheme and transmission device layout characteristics of the hot straightening machine.Finally,this article takes the nine-roll medium thick plate hot straightening machine as an example to illustrate the process parameter adjustment plan by drawing the bending amount adjustment curve and straightening speed adjustment curve.This provides a theoretical basis for correctly selecting process parameters and optimizing process procedures.
