浅析大型滚切式定尺剪试样及废料输送系统

摘　　要：大型滚切式定尺剪主要用于大尺寸钢板的头尾、定尺及试样的剪切工作,剪切后试样及废料的运输也尤为重要。为了优化大型滚切式定尺剪试样及废料的运输方式,可以选择采用双皮带形式的试样及废料输送工艺。通过拨料装置将试样与废料有效分选,从而实现试样剪切及废料回收的自动化。本文简要论述了大型滚切式定尺剪双皮带形式的试样及废料输送系统的结构及应用。Large-scale roll-cut cut-to-length shears are mainly used for the shearing of the head and tail of large-size steel plates,sizing and specimens,and the transportation of specimens and waste materials after shearing is also particularly important.In order to optimize the transportation of large-scale roll-cut cut-to-length specimens and scrap,a specimen and scrap conveying process in the form of a double belt can be selected.The specimen and waste are effectively sorted by the material pulling device,so as to realize the automation of specimen shearing and waste recycling.In this paper,the structure and application of the large-scale roll-cut cut-to-length shear double belt system and waste conveying system are briefly discussed.
