摘　　要：针对现有矫直机的结构类型和辊系参数展开了详细论述。以6-60×3000 mm十一辊矫直机为研究对象,简要阐述了其结构特点、矫直工作原理以及所采用的创新结构技术。通过相关理论计算,验证了其辊系参数的合理性,并对结构进行了优化设计,从而提高了设备的使用安全性与可靠性。This paper focuses on the structural types and roller system parameters of straightening machines.Taking the 6-60×3000 mm eleven-roller straightening machine as the research object,it briefly elaborates on its structural characteristics,straightening principles,and innovative structural technologies.Through relevant theoretical calculations,the rationality of its roller system parameters is verified,and the structure is optimized to enhance the safety and reliability of the equipment.
