摘  要:活动横梁是液压机的关键零部件,要求具有足够的强度和刚度,并尽量减轻自重以满足液压机精度控制及能耗要求。制坯压机的活动横梁工况多且存在偏心荷载,结构不再设计为对称形式。使用传统强度计算方法初步确定活动横梁的高度、宽度及上下面板厚度,并针对偏载工况增设小平台结构。对各工况下的活动横梁结构进行受力分析,使用有限元方法进行强度计算,绘制各工况下的结构应力云图并统计最大应力值及安全系数,校核活动横梁强度。The movable beam is the key component of the hydraulic press,which requires sufficient strength and stiffness,and smaller weight as much as possible to meet the precision control and energy consumption requirements of the hydraulic press.The working condition of movable beam in billet press is diverse and sometimes eccentric loads included,the structure is no longer designed as a symmetrical form.The traditional strength calculation method is used to determine the height,width and the thickness of the upper and lower panels of the movable beam,small platforms structure are added for eccentric loads.The force analysis of the movable beam structure under each working condition is carried out,and the finite element method is used for strength calculation.The stress nephograms of the structure under each working condition are plotted,and the maximum stress values and safety factors are listed to check the strength of the movable beam.
