摘 要:传统燃煤电厂湿法脱硫废水处理技术主要是化学沉淀法,俗称“三联箱处理工艺”。该工艺存在设备复杂、操作繁琐等问题,并且经过“三联箱工艺”处理过的废水中含有大量无法分离的钙、镁离子,直接排放对环境危害较大。本文基于当前国家“碳达峰”“碳中和”政策背景,对膜分离、烟道干燥、吸附法、生物法等处理脱硫废水的工艺进行简述,希望能够提高燃煤电厂脱硫废水的治理水平,并为脱硫废水工艺的改进提供借鉴。The traditional wet desulfurization wastewater treatment technology of coal-fired power plant is mainly chemical precipitation method,commonly known as“triple box treatment process”,which has problems such as complex equipment and cumbersome operation.In addition,the wastewater treated by the“triple box process”contains a large amount of calcium and magnesium ions that cannot be separated,and the discharge is harmful to the environment.Based on the current national policy of“carbon peak”and“carbon neutrality”,this paper briefly describes the processes of membrane separation,flue drying,adsorption method,biological method and other treatment of desulfurization wastewater.It is hoped that the treatment level of desulfurization wastewater from coal-fired power plants can be improved,and also provides reference for the improvement of desulfurization wastewater process.
