摘　　要：随着全球气候变化的加剧以及人类活动对自然环境的影响日益严重,生态保护已成为全球关注的热点议题。生态系统不仅支撑着地球上的生物多样性,也为人类社会提供了必不可少的服务,如清洁的水源、食物供给以及气候调节等。因此,合理的生态保护规划对于维持生态平衡,促进可持续发展具有重要意义。然而,在生态保护规划的实施过程中,常常面临着多方面的挑战。政策与法律的不完善及执行力的不足,使得生态保护措施难以得到有效实施。资金的限制和资源的不合理配置也严重阻碍了生态保护项目的推进。社会与文化因素同样不容忽视,公众对生态保护的认识不足以及地方保护与发展利益的冲突,进一步加剧了生态规划的复杂性。本文旨在探讨生态保护规划实施中面临的主要挑战,并针对这些挑战提出具体的优化对策,通过深入分析政策法规的加强、资源配置的优化、公众参与的提升以及科技的应用等,希望能为生态保护规划的有效实施提供理论支持和实践指导。With the intensification of global climate change and the increasingly serious impact of human activities on the natural environment,ecological protection has become a hot topic of global concern.Ecosystems not only support the planet’s biodiversity,but also provide essential services for human society,such as clean water,food supply,and climate regulation.Therefore,reasonable ecological protection planning is of great significance to maintain ecological balance and promote sustainable development.However,the implementation of ecological conservation planning often faces many challenges.The imperfection of policies and laws and the lack of enforcement make it difficult to effectively implement ecological protection measures.Funding constraints and irrational allocation of resources have also seriously hampered the progress of ecological protection projects.Social and cultural factors should not be ignored,and the lack of public awareness of ecological protection and the conflict of local conservation and development interests further exacerbate the complexity of ecological planning.The purpose of this paper is to discuss the main challenges encountered in the implementation of ecological conservation planning,and to propose specific optimization strategies for these challenges,and to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the effective implementation of ecological conservation planning by in-depth analysis of the strengthening of policies and regulations,the optimization of resource allocation,the improvement of public participation,and the application of science and technology.
