摘　　要：随着工业化和城市化的飞速发展,环境监测在现代环境管理中扮演着至关重要的角色。面对监测设备老化、技术落后以及操作规范不统一的问题,本文深入分析了环境监测质量控制的关键因素,包括技术与设备的现代化、人员的培训与管理,以及监测质量的标准化与合规性。通过对这些关键因素的优化,提升环境监测数据的准确性和可靠性,从而更好地为环境管理和政策决策服务。With the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization,environmental monitoring plays a vital role in modern environmental management.Faced with the problems of aging monitoring equipment,backward technology,and inconsistent operation specifications,this paper deeply analyzes the key factors of environmental monitoring quality control,including the modernization of technology and equipment,personnel training and management,and the standardization of monitoring standards and regulatory compliance.By optimizing these key factors,this paper aims to improve the accuracy and reliability of environmental monitoring data to better serve environmental management and policy decision-making.
