摘  要:本文以广西壮族自治区百色市德保县马隘镇多意村为例,结合驻村第一书记工作经历,从农村基层角度出发找出存在的问题,并提出意见和建议,以期为改善农村的生态环境质量及水环境整治工作提供参考。伴随着绿色环保发展理念在我国的大力推行,农村的社会经济发展也受到了深刻影响。在此发展过程中,环保理念逐渐深入人心,人们对农村环境问题的重视程度也越来越高。现阶段,农村存在的一个重要环境问题就是水污染问题。为了高效解决此类问题,全膜法水处理技术应运而生。相比于其他水污染处理方法,该方法具有操作方式更简便、稳定性更强以及处理效率更理想等多种优势。因此,其应用逐渐得到普及,并开始在农村水环境污染治理中占据重要地位。This article takes Duoyi Village,Ma’ai Town,Debao County,Baise City,Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region as an example,combined with the work experience of the first secretary stationed in the village,identifies the existing problems from the perspective of rural grassroots,puts forward opinions and suggestions,in order to provide reference for solving the ecological environment quality and water environment improvement work in rural areas.With the vigorous promotion of the concept of green environmental protection in China,the social and economic development of rural areas is also deeply affected.In this process of development,environmental protection concepts have deeply rooted in people’s hearts,and people’s attention to rural environmental issues is also increasing.At present,an important environmental problem in rural areas is water pollution.In order to efficiently solve such problems,the full membrane water treatment technology has emerged.Compared with other water pollution treatment methods,it has multiple advantages such as simpler operation,higher stability,and more ideal treatment efficiency.Therefore,its application has gradually become widespread and has begun to occupy an important position in rural water environment pollution control.
