行政区域突发环境污染风险评估方法在镇街的应用研究

摘　　要：随着工业化和城市化进程的加快,突发环境污染事件频发,对区域的生态环境和居民健康造成严重威胁,尤其是在镇街等基层行政区域,由于管理资源有限和应急能力不足,突发环境污染风险评估显得尤为重要。科学、系统的风险评估方法不仅能够帮助地方政府及时识别和评估潜在的环境风险,还能为制定有效的应急预案提供依据,从而减少突发环境污染事件带来的危害。With the acceleration of industrialization and urbanization,environmental pollution emergencies occur frequently,which pose a serious threat to the regional ecological environment and residents’health,especially in grassroots administrative areas such as towns and streets,due to limited management resources and insufficient emergency response capabilities,the risk assessment of sudden environmental pollution is particularly important.Scientific and systematic risk assessment methods can not only help local governments identify and assess potential environmental risks in a timely manner,but also provide a basis for formulating effective emergency plans,so as to reduce the harm caused by environmental pollution emergencies.
