摘　　要：本文结合深圳市某区电子工业排污许可证核发情况,对该行业排污许可证核发及证后监管要点进行全面梳理,分析其存在的主要问题并提出合理化建议,以降低企业的环保违法风险,从而为电子工业的稳健发展提供技术支撑,并为主管部门的监督管理提供参考指引。Based on the issuance of emission permits for the electronic industry in a district of Shenzhen,the paper comprehensively sorted out the key points of the emission permit issuance and post-certification supervision of the industry,analyzed the main problems and put forward reasonable suggestions,so as to reduce the risk of environmental protection violations of enterprises,provide technical support for the steady development of the electronic industry,and provide reference guidance for the supervision and management of the competent authorities.
