摘　　要：铜作为一种重要的微量元素,在骨科疾病的治疗中展现出广泛的应用前景。本文综合分析了铜在细胞代谢中的角色,特别是铜依赖性细胞死亡及其对骨骼健康的重要影响,并探讨了铜在骨科疾病治疗中的机制,从细胞代谢到骨骼修复的多个层面分析了铜的作用机制。基于铜及含铜材料在骨科疾病治疗中的优势,未来的研究应当集中在精确的剂量控制和评估铜的长期应用效果,同时探索如何将铜与其他治疗策略结合,以优化治疗效果并减少潜在不良反应。Copper,as an essential trace element,demonstrates significant potential in the treatment of orthopedic diseases.This review comprehensively analyzes the role of copper in cellular metabolism,with a particular focus on cuproptosis and its critical impact on bone health.It explores the mechanisms of copper in orthopedic disease treatment,examining its role from cellular metabolism to bone repair.Given the advantages of copper and copper-containing materials in treating orthopedic diseases,future research should focus on precise dosage control and evaluating the long-term effects of copper use.Furthermore,it should explore how copper can be integrated with other therapeutic strategies to optimize treatment outcomes and minimize potential side effects.
