摘 要:为保障安全、高效、低碳的新型电力系统的建设,针对电力市场中存在的机组容量成本难以回收的问题,提出了一种新型容量充裕度机制,帮助机组提前锁定收益回收成本。基于系统动力学仿真方法建立了电-碳-绿证耦合市场的长周期动态仿真模型,模拟在多市场耦合背景下机组装机容量和发电商利润在20年仿真周期内的变化情况。结果表明,所提新型机制具有明显的先进性和有效性。To ensure the construction of a safe,efficient,low-carbon and new power system,a new capacity adequacy mechanism was proposed to address the problem of difficulty in recovering unit capacity costs in the power market.The mechanism helped the units lock in revenue and recover costs in advance.Based on the system dynamics simulation method,a long-term dynamic simulation model of the power-carbon-green certificate coupling market was established to simulate the changes in the installed capacity of the units and the profit of the power generator over a 20-year simulation period under the background of multi-market coupling.The results show that the new mechanism has obvious progressiveness and effectiveness.
