摘  要:含有高比例逆变型分布式发电机的新型配电网故障特征和传统配电网相比有较大不同,需要全新的保护判据。利用逆变型分布式发电机中包含的逆变器,将继电保护和电力电子设备相结合,通过特征谐波注入策略和谐波分量差值比值的保护逻辑,实现了基于电流的主动保护方案。通过PSCAD仿真软件搭建10 kV主动配电网模型。结果表明,新保护方案在各种对称和不对称短路故障下都可以准确迅速动作。The fault characteristics of the new distribution network with a high proportion of inverter imterfaced distvibuted generator(IIDG)are significantly different from those of traditional distribution networks,thus requiring new protection criteria.By utilizing the inverters included in IIDG and combining relay protection with power electronic equipment,a current based active protection scheme was achieved through the protection logic of characteristic harmonic injection strategy and harmonic component difference ratio.A 10 kV active distribution network model was built using PSCAD simulation software.The results indicate that the new protection scheme can accurately and quickly operate under various symmetric and asymmetric short-circuit faults.
