摘 要:我国污水处理厂普遍面临低碳氮比进水条件造成生物处理系统反硝化脱氮能力不足的问题。为了达到稳定出水要求需要外加碳源,然而传统的碳源投加系统存在药耗高、投加不及时和投加不匀称等问题,影响了处理效率和经济效益。为此,开发了碳源投加精准控制系统使污水处理厂出水总氮达标。通过实时监测与控制,实现了碳源全自动的精确计算与控制,确保反硝化的完全和总氮的出水达标率,降低了药剂的使用成本。In our country,the sewage treatment plants generally face the problem of insufficient denitrification capacity in biological treatment systems due to low carbon to nitrogen ratio inflow conditions.In order to achieve stable effluent requirements,an external carbon source is needed.However,traditional carbon source feeding systems suffer from problems such as high drug consumption,untimely and uneven feeding,which affect treatment efficiency and economic benefits.For this reason the precise control system for carbon source addition was developed to achieve the total nitrogen in the effluent of sewage treatment plants to meet the standard.Through real-time monitoring and control,the precise calculation and control of carbon sources are automatically achieved,ensuring complete denitrification and compliance with total nitrogen effluent standards,reducing the cost of chemical use.
