苦参碱亚致死浓度对桃蚜繁殖力的影响

摘  要:本研究旨在探讨新烟碱类杀虫剂苦参碱对桃蚜繁殖力的影响,试验采用叶浸法评估了苦参碱对桃蚜的毒力及亚致死剂量(LC_(10)、LC_(20)、LC_(30)、LC_(50)和LC_(70))对桃蚜成蚜繁殖力的影响。结果表明,苦参碱对桃蚜的LC_(50)为9.66 mg/L,对桃蚜的LC_(10)、LC_(20)、LC_(30)、LC_(70)分别为0.17、0.69、1.86、50.16 mg/L。苦参碱亚致死浓度可显著降低桃蚜成虫的繁殖力、寿命及存活率。LC_(10)、LC_(20)、LC_(30)、LC_(50)和LC_(70)处理组中桃蚜成蚜的寿命比对照组分别缩短了0.9、1.4、1.9、3.1、4.1 d。亚致死浓度各处理组桃蚜的周限增殖率(λ)、净增值率(R_(0))、平均世代周期(T)、总生殖力(GRR)和内禀增长率(r_(m))都低于对照组。因此认为,苦参碱亚致死浓度对桃蚜有致死作用,不利于桃蚜种群的生长。To understand the effects of the neonicotinoid insecticide martine on the fertility of peach aphids,this experiment evaluated the effects of martine toxicity and sublethal doses(LC_(10),LC_(20),LC_(30),LC_(50)and LC_(70))on adult aphids of Myzus persicae.The results showed that the LC_(50)of martine against Myzus persicae was 9.66 mg/L,and the LC_(10),LC_(20),LC_(30)and LC_(70)against Myzus persicae were 0.17,0.69,1.86,50.16 mg/L,respectively.The sublethal concentration of martine can significantly reduce the fertility,longevity,and survival rate of adult Myzus persicae.The life span of adult Myzus persicae in LC_(10),LC_(20),LC_(30),LC_(50)and LC_(70)treatment groups was shortened by 0.9,1.4,1.9,3.1 and 4.1 d,respectively.The limiting growth rate(λ),net value-added rate(R_(0)),average generation period(T),total fertility(GRR),and intrinsic growth rate(r_(m))of Myzus persicae in sublethal concentration treatment groups were lower than those in the control group.It is concluded that the sublethal concentration of martine has a lethal effect on the growth of Myzus persicae population.
