摘 要:针对江西某垃圾填埋场渗滤液处理存在的处理量不足、运行成本高、占地面积紧张等问题,将精馏脱氮技术应用于渗滤液处理。采用“预处理+精馏脱氮+生化+超滤+纳滤”组合工艺,在占地紧张的前提下,使原有生化系统处理量提高到原来的1.5倍,且无需投加碳源,解决了处理量不足、运行成本高的问题。其中,精馏脱氮工艺脱氮效率高,氨氮去除率可达96%,总氮去除率可达95%。改造后渗滤液处理能力由300 m^(3)/d提升至700 m^(3)/d,最终产水水质达到《生活垃圾填埋场污染控制标准》(GB 16889—2008)的表2标准(TN<40 mg/L),具有良好的经济效益和环境效益。In view of the problems such as insufficient treatment capacity,high operating cost,and tight occupation area of leachate treatment in a landfill in Jiangxi,the distillation denitrification technology is applied to leachate treatment.The combined process of pretreatment,distillation denitrification,A/O,UF,and NF is adopted.Under the premise of tight occupation,the processing capacity of the original biochemical system is increased by 1.5 times,and there is no need to add carbon source,which solves the problem of insufficient processing capacity and high operating cost.The nitrogen removal efficiency of the distillation denitrification process is high,the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen can reach 96%,and the total nitrogen removal rate can reach 95%.After the transformation,the leachate treatment capacity increased from 300 m^(3)/d to 700 m^(3)/d,and the final effluent quality can reach the criteria in table 2 of the Standard for Pollution Control on the Landfill Site of Municipal Solid Waste(GB 16889-2008)(TN<40 mg/L),which has good economic and environmental benefits.
