摘 要:产业链供应链安全是推动国家产业高质量发展、保障实体经济稳定运行,以及构建新发展格局的核心内容。作为新兴生产要素的数字化技术为提升产业链供应链安全性注入了新的动力。文章基于2000—2020年我国280个地级及以上城市的面板数据,以智慧城市试点作为数字经济的外生性冲击变量,系统分析了智慧城市试点对产业链供应链安全水平的影响及其作用机制。研究结果表明,智慧城市试点显著提升了地区产业链供应链安全水平,这一结论在多项稳健性检验中依然成立。进一步的机制分析发现,智慧城市试点主要通过推动产业结构升级和提高全要素生产率来提升产业链供应链安全水平。此外,智慧城市试点的促进作用具有明显的空间异质性,中西部地区和非长江经济带城市的产业链供应链安全水平的受益程度显著高于东部地区和长江经济带城市。The security of industrial chain and supply chain is a core component in promoting high-quality industrial development,ensuring the stable operation of the real economy,and building a new development pattern.Digital technology,as an emerging factor of production,has injected new impetus to enhance the security of industrial chain and supply chain.Based on panel data of 280 prefecture-level and above cities in China from 2000 to 2020,this paper takes pilot smart city as the exogenous impact variable of digital economy,and systematically analyzes the impact of pilot smart city on the security level of industrial chain and supply chain and their mechanisms of action.The research results are shown as follows:Pilot smart city significantly improves the security level of regional industrial chain and supply chain,and this conclusion is still valid in a number of robustness tests.Further mechanism analysis reveals that pilot smart city improves industrial chain and supply chain security level primarily by driving industrial structure upgrading and improving total factor productivity.Moreover,the positive impact of pilot smart city exhibits significant spatial heterogeneity,with the central and western regions and non-Yangtze River Economic Belt cities significantly benefiting more than the eastern regions and cities within the Yangtze River Economic Belt.
