数字素养、创业行为与农民收入关系的实证检验

摘  要:文章基于2018年中国家庭追踪调查(CFPS)的微观数据,利用层次回归模型实证检验数字素养对农民收入的影响及创业行为的作用机制,并进一步进行稳健性检验。结果表明:(1)数字素养具有显著的增收效应,且这种效应在处理了内生性问题后依然存在。(2)创业行为在数字素养影响农民收入的过程中具有部分中介效应,其中,创业决策、创业数量和创业绩效的中介效应占总效应的比重分别为22.49%、25.34%和17.85%。Based on the micro data of the 2018 China Household Panel Survey,this paper empirically tests the impact of digital literacy on farmers’income and the mechanism of entrepreneurial behavior by using hierarchical regression model,and further conducts a robustness test.The results are shown as the following:(1)Digital literacy has a significant income-increasing effect,and this effect persists even after the endogeneity problem is addressed.(2)Entrepreneurial behavior has a partial mediating effect in the process of digital literacy affecting farmers'income.Among them,the mediating effect of entrepreneurial decision-making,entrepreneurial quantity and entrepreneurial performance account for 22.49%,25.34%and 17.85%of the total effect,respectively.
