摘 要:为了在早期对萝卜的耐盐性进行评价鉴定,本研究以6份不同类型的萝卜种质为材料,对其萌芽期耐盐能力评价的适宜盐浓度进行筛选,进而用筛选确定的盐浓度对107份萝卜种质进行胁迫试验,分析其对发芽势、发芽率、相对发芽势、芽鲜重、芽根长、相对根长、芽长、相对芽长共8项指标的影响,并利用相关性分析、主成分分析、隶属函数分析和聚类分析法对萌芽期耐盐性进行综合评价。结果表明,NaCl浓度为200 mmol/L时,6份萝卜种质的发芽势和发芽率显著下降,但发芽率多在60%左右,确定其为耐盐性评价的适宜浓度。用200 mmol/L NaCl对107份萝卜种质进行萌发期耐盐性胁迫分析,8项指标均存在一定变异,其中发芽势的变异系数最大,芽长的变异系数最小。盐胁迫下萝卜种质的发芽势、发芽率、芽根长、相对发芽率、相对根长、相对芽长之间呈极显著正相关。盐胁迫下萝卜种质各项指标的主成分分析结果显示,前3个主成分的累计贡献率高达80.687%。利用隶属函数法和聚类分析法分别对供试萝卜种质的耐盐性进行排序和聚类,两项分析结果的一致性较好,筛选出强耐盐种质5份,分别为:101号(春白玉)、70号(扬州圆白)、89号(德高良峰红)、79号(华夏壹品)和91号(一点红)。本研究结果可为萝卜耐盐性评价鉴定提供数据支持,为今后耐盐新品种培育提供参考。In order to evaluate and identify the salt tolerance of radish in early stage,this study used 6 different radish germplasms as materials and screened the appropriate salt concentration to evaluate the salt tolerance at germination stage.Based on the screened salt concentration,the stress tests were carried out on 107 radish germplasms to analyze its effects on 8 characters including germination potential,germination rate,relative germination potential,fresh weight of sprout,root length of sprout,relative root length,sprout length and relative sprout length.Then the salt tolerance at germination stage was comprehensively evaluated by correlation analysis,principal component analysis,membership function method and cluster analysis.The results showed that when NaCl concentration was 200 mmol/L,the germination potential and germination rate of all the six radish germplasms decreased significantly,but the germination rate of most materials was still about 60%,so it was chosen as the appropriate concentration for salt tolerance evaluation.At this salt concentration,107 radish germplasms at germination stage were treated and all the 8 characters showed some variation,among which,the coefficient of variation of germination potential was the largest and that of sprout length was the smallest.Under salt stress,significantly positive correlations were observed among germination potential,germination rate,root length of sprout,relative germination rate,relative root length and relative sprout length.The principal component analysis results showed that the cumulative contribution rate of the first three principal components was as high as 80.687%.The membership function method and cluster analysis were used to rank and cluster the tested radish germplasms respectively,and their results were in good consistency.Five germplasms with strong salt tolerance were selected,which were No.101(Chunbaiyu),No.70(Yangzhou Yuanbai),No.89(Degaoliangfenghong),No.79(Huaxiayipin)and No.91(Yidianhong).The results of this study could provide dat
