稻纵卷叶螟双性诱剂在山东稻区诱集效果分析

摘　　要：稻纵卷叶螟是山东水稻的重要迁飞害虫,绿色防控技术是该害虫综合治理的重要措施。双性诱剂可同时释放植物源化合物和昆虫性信息素,兼具食诱和性诱的功能。为明确诱剂产品在山东稻区的应用效果,本研究通过诱剂+诱捕器的方式诱集水稻田害虫,调查了稻纵卷叶螟双性诱剂在山东省4个地点的诱集结果。结果表明,稻纵卷叶螟双性诱剂在各稻区均可以诱集雌性和雄性个体,且雌雄个体数量无明显差异;各试验稻区的稻纵卷叶螟诱虫量存在差异;稻纵卷叶螟双性诱剂还可诱集到大螟、二化螟等水稻害虫;性诱剂诱集靶标害虫稻纵卷叶螟的效果高于双性诱剂或与之相当。综上,性诱剂具有较高的专一性,而双性诱剂兼具雌雄个体和其他害虫诱集效果,可用于水稻害虫绿色防控。Cnaphalocrocis medinalis(Gueneé)is an important migratory pest on rice in Shandong Province.Green control technologies play crucial roles in comprehensive management of this pest.Bisexual lures,which could simultaneously release plant-derived compounds and insect sex pheromones,function as both food and sexual attractants.To evaluate the effectiveness of attractant products,a study was conducted using attractant+trap method to assess the trapping effects of C.medinalis bisexual lures in four rice-growing areas of Shandong Province.The findings revealed that the bisexual lures could attract both male and female adults of C.medinalis with no significant difference in the number between them.However,the trapped number of C.medinalis varied among areas.The C.medinalis bisexual lures could also attract other rice insects such as Chilo suppressalis and Sesamia inferens.The efficacy of sex pheromone lures in attracting the target pest C.medinalis was either higher or comparable to that of the bisexual lures.In summary,sex pheromone lures exhibited higher specificity,but bisexual lures could attract not only both male and female individuals,but also other insects,so they could be used for green prevention and control of rice pests.
