摘  要:本研究对疑似番茄病毒病样本进行RT-PCR检测,并对扩增产物进行测序及系统进化分析,确认样本感染了番茄褐色皱纹果病毒(Tomato brown rugose fruit virus,ToBRFV)。染病番茄的种子中可检测到ToBRFV,而带毒种子长成的幼苗却检测不到ToBRFV,表明该病毒主要存在于种皮。利用10%的磷酸三钠对带毒种子进行消毒处理可以使病毒灭活。利用摩擦法对22份醋栗番茄进行苗期接种鉴定,获得了2份耐/抗ToBRFV的材料,可为抗性品种选育提供资源。In this study,the RT-PCR detection was carried out on suspected viral disease samples,and the amplified products were sequenced and the phylogenetic analysis was conducted,which verified that the samples were infected by Tomato brown rugose fruit virus(ToBRFV).The ToBRFV could be detected in seeds of infected tomato fruits,but could not be detected in seedings grown from the infected seeds,which indicated that ToBRFV was mainly existed in seed coat.The virus could be inactivated when the infected seeds were disinfected with 10%of trisodium phosphate.Twenty-two Solanum pimpinellifolium resources were inoculated and identified by mechanical inoculation method at seedling stage,and two materials tolerant or resistant to ToBRFV were obtained,which could provide resources for resistant variety breeding.
