摘 要:以VDL600A立式加工中心进给系统为研究对象,利用滚珠丝杠为基础的传动机构,搭建实验平台,测量X轴进给系统不同进给速度下关键点的温升和热误差,获得了X轴进给系统的温升变化和热误差分布。研究发现进给系统关键点的温升与进给速度正相关,丝杠螺母和电机侧轴承受电机运行生热影响较大,温升速度高于其余关键点。进给系统的热误差也随着进给速度的增加而增加,热平衡时间随进给速度增加而减少,热平衡达到的温度也越高,研究结果对机床进给系统热特性的改善提供依据。Taking the VDL600A vertical machining center feed system as the research object,an experimental platform was built using a ball screw-based transmission mechanism to measure the temperature rise and thermal error of key points in the X-axis feed system at different feed speeds.The temperature rise changes and thermal error distribution of the X-axis feed system were obtained.Results show that the temperature rise of key points in the feed system is positively correlated with the feed speed.The screw nut and motor side bearing are greatly affected by the heat generated by motor operation,and the temperature rising speed is faster than other key points.With the increase in feed speed,the thermal error of the feed system increases while the thermal equilibrium time decreases with higher temperature during thermal equilibrium.The research provides a reliable basis for improving the thermal characteristics of the machine tool feed system.
