摘 要:通过对盐冻循环作用后两根钢-混组合简支梁进行抗弯性能试验,研究了冻融循环和氯盐腐蚀对钢-混组合梁抗弯承载力的影响。试验结果表明,冻融腐蚀作用会导致混凝土表面磨损剥落、钢梁锈蚀,严重影响组合梁的力学性能。在经过50次盐冻循环后,组合梁的抗弯承载力呈现下降趋势,较未冻融腐蚀的组合梁极限抗弯承载力下降14.4%。因此,对于寒冷地区的钢-混组合梁设计和施工,需要考虑冻融腐蚀的影响,并采取合适的防护措施,以保证梁的长期稳定运行。This study simulates the environmental situation of the composite beam structure using snow melting agent in winter in the cold region of the north by performing a combination test of freeze-thaw cycle and chloride salt erosion on steelmixed composite beams.The test results show that freeze-thaw corrosion will lead to wear and spalling of the concrete surface and corrosion of the steel beams,which will seriously affect the mechanical properties of the composite beams.Under 50 times freeze-thaw cycles,the bending bearing capacity of the composite beams shows a downward trend,which is 14.4%lower than the ultimate flexural capacity of the composite beams without freeze-thaw corrosion.Therefore,for the design and construction of steel-concrete composite beams in cold areas,the impact of freeze-thaw corrosion needs to be considered,and appropriate protective measures need to be taken to ensure the long-term stable operation of the beam.
