摘  要:雷达图像变化检测是指通过对同一地区不同时期的两幅或多幅雷达图像进行分析比较,根据图像之间的差异来获取地物的变化信息。在雷达图像变化检测中,由于图像本身经回波强度发生改变产生的乘性相干斑噪声对差异图造成污染,从而增加了检测地物形变的难度。因此,对高陡边坡的精准检测成为防灾救灾工作的关键。针对雷达图像由于相干性丧失和噪声增强使得变化信息难以在原图中清晰呈现的问题,主要基于地基雷达数据,提出改进滤波和图像差异检测方法。该方法将多种滤波方法的优点结合在一起,并使用基于差异图像和阈值的方法来生成形变图。该方法去除了大量噪声,构建了更为清晰的差异图,提高了雷达图像在变化检测方面的准确性。Radar image change detection involves analyzing and comparing two or more radar images of the same area taken at different times to extract information about changes in the terrain.In radar image change detection,the multiplicative speckle noise caused by changes in the echo intensity of the images contaminates the difference image,increasing the difficulty of detecting terrain deformation.Therefore,accurate detection of steep slopes is crucial for disaster prevention and mitigation.To address the problem that the loss of coherence and noise enhancement in radar images make it difficult to present the change information clearly in the original image,this study proposes an improved filtering and image difference detection method based on ground-based radar data.This method combines the advantages of multiple filtering techniques and uses a difference image and threshold-based approach to generate deformation maps.The proposed method effectively removes a significant amount of noise,constructs a clearer difference image,and improves the accuracy of radar image change detection.
