摘 要:目的:探究土壤化学性质对七叶一枝花产量和品质的影响,为七叶一枝花人工栽培提供参考依据。方法:以取自湖南12个样地的七叶一枝花及非根际、根际土壤为材料,测定七叶一枝花根茎产量和品质指标及种植地土壤化学性质指标,基于相关性分析和回归分析筛选出影响七叶一枝花产量和品质的主要土壤化学性质指标。结果:不同样地间七叶一枝花根茎性状及其重楼皂苷含量均存在显著差异。S1样地(邵阳市新宁县金石镇)的样品地下部分干重最高,为25.15 g,S3样地(邵阳市城步苗族自治县茅坪镇)的样品总皂苷含量最高,为15.582 mg/g。逐步回归分析结果显示,影响七叶一枝花地下部分干重的主要土壤化学因子为非根际全氮、全钾;影响总根茎长的主要土壤化学因子为非根际全钾和根际全磷;影响总皂苷含量的主要土壤化学因子为根际全氮。结论:影响七叶一枝花产量和品质的主导土壤因子为非根际全氮、全钾和根际全磷、全氮,其中应重点关注氮肥的施用,本研究结果可为不同元素的施肥方式提供一定的参考。Objective:To explore the influence of soil chemical properties on the yield and quality of Paris polyphylla,and provide a reference for its artificial cultivation.Methods:Using the P.polyphylla and non-rhizosphere and rhizosphere soils collected from 12 sample sites in Hunan Province as materials,the rhizome yield and quality indicators of P.polyphylla as well as the chemical properties of the soils at the planting sites were measured.Based on correlation analysis and regression analysis,the main soil chemical properties that affect the yield and quality of P.polyphylla were screened out.Results:There were significant differences in the rhizome traits and main active ingridents including polyphyllinⅠ,Ⅱ,ⅥandⅦof P.polyphylla among different regions.The samples from site S1(Jinshi Town,Xinning County,Shaoyang City)had the highest dry weight of the underground part,at 25.15 g,while the samples from site S3(Maoping Town,Chengbu Miao Autonomous County,Shaoyang City)had the highest polyphyllins content,at 15.582 mg/g.The stepwise regression analysis showed that the main soil chemical factors affecting the dry weight of underground parts of P.polyphylla were the total nitrogen and total potassium contents in non-rhizosphere soil,while the main soil chemical factors affecting the total rhizome length were the total potassium and total nitrogen contents in non-rhizosphere soil.The main soil chemical factor affecting four polyphyllins total content was the total nitrogen content in rhizosphere soil.Conclusion:The dominant soil factors affecting the yield and quality of P.polyphylla were total nitrogen and total potassium in the non-rhizosphere soil,as well as total phosphorus and total nitrogen in the rhizosphere soil.Among them,attention should be paid to the application of nitrogen fertilizer,which would provide a reference for the fertilization methods of different elements.
