摘  要:目的:研究柳树(Salix spp.)的速生性与其纤维素、木质素含量的关系,探究植物纤维素、木质素含量和速生性相关机理,缓解我国木材的高需求压力,推动水土涵养林的建设。方法:以10个具有不同速生性的柳树品种和20个由9901柳和沿江柳杂交得到的F1子代为实验材料,测量其株高、芽粗、叶面积、纤维素与木质素含量等生理、生长指标数据。对不同速生性的柳树进行相关性分析、聚类分析、方差分析检验以及石蜡切片观察,根据分析结果研究不同品种柳树的速生性情况。结果:相关性分析表明柳树的木质素含量与株高、芽粗,纤维素含量与叶面积呈极显著负相关,而纤维素含量与速生性的关系并不显著。通过主成分分析和聚类分析将柳树分为高速生性、中速生性、低速生性3组,木质素含量在不同速生性组间的差异显著,低速生性组木质素含量显著高于其他组,并在不同速生性F1子代中验证了该结果。进一步对不同速生性柳树茎木质部细胞切片比较发现,速生性差的柳树木质部细胞的细胞壁厚度显著高于速生性好的植株。结论:柳树的速生性与木质素含量密切相关,木质素含量升高可能增加木质部细胞厚度,抑制细胞伸长从而降低速生性。Objective:To investigate the relationship between the fast-growing characteristics of Salix spp.and their cellulose and lignin contents,explore the mechanism of plant cellulose and lignin contents and fast-growing characteristics,so as to alleviate the high demand for wood and promote the construction of water and soil conservation forests in China.Methods:Ten varieties of Salix spp.with different fast-growing characteristics and 20 F1 progenies derived from the hybridization between 9901 willow and Yanjiang willow were taken as experimental materials,and the physiological and growth index data,including plant height,bud diameter,leaf area,cellulose content and lignin content,were measured.Correlation analysis,cluster analysis,analysis of variance test and paraffin section observation were carried out on Salix spp.with different fast-growing characteristics,and the fast-growing characteristics of different varieties of Salix spp.were studied.Results:The correlation analysis showed that the lignin content was significantly negatively correlated with plant height and bud diameter,and the cellulose content was significantly negatively correlated with leaf area,while the relationship between cellulose content and fast-growing characteristics was not significant.Through principal component analysis and cluster analysis,Salix spp.was categorized into three groups:high-speed,medium-speed,and low-speed.The lignin content of the low-speed group was found to be significantly higher compared to the other groups.This result was confirmed in the F1 offspring exhibiting different fast-growing characteristics.Further comparisons of xylem cell sections from Salix spp.revealed that the cell wall thickness in the xylem cells of slow-growing was significantly greater than that in fast-growing.Conclusion:It was concluded that the fast-growing characteristics of Salix spp.were closely related to lignin content.An increase in lignin content might lead to an increase in the thickness of xylem cells,which could inhibit cell elongation a
