摘  要:紫丁香苷又称刺五加苷B,是一种天然苯丙醇苷类化合物,近期紫丁香苷及其衍生物的药效作用和机制研究报道逐渐增多,在抗糖尿病、心脑血管保护、神经系统保护、抗肿瘤和抗炎免疫调节等领域新药候选化合物的潜力。紫丁香苷广泛存在于刺五加和宽筋藤等野生植物中,具有丰富的药物资源储备,本文对近期紫丁香苷的药理作用和机制进行综述,为研究者了解该化合物的药理作用和机制提供借鉴和参考。A considerable number of recent reports have documented the pharmacological effects and mechanisms of syringin(SYR)and its derivatives.The aforementioned articles suggest that SYR and its derivatives may be considered as potential candidates compounds for the development of new drugs in the fields of anti-diabetic,cardiovascular and cerebrovascular protective,neuroprotective,anti-tumour and anti-inflammatory agents.SYR has been identified in a number of plant species,including Eleutherococcus senticosus and Tinospora sinensis.These plants serve as potential source of SYR.This article presents a review of the pharmacological effects and mechanisms of SYR that have been reported in recent years,with the aim of providing a reference for researchers.
