青岛崂山野生药用植物资源调查与保护研究

摘　　要：目的:摸清崂山野生药用植物资源现状及其特征,为崂山药用植物资源的保护与可持续利用提供参考。方法:通过设置样线与样方实地踏查、查阅资料等方法,统计分析崂山药用植物种类数量、物种类群、生活型等特征,明确珍稀濒危药用植物的种类与数量。结果:崂山共有野生药用植物143科493属924种;有279种2020年版《中国药典》收录的药材基原植物;优势科以菊科、蔷薇科、百合科、豆科等为主;生活型以草本为主,占65.5%;入药部位以全株类最多,占32.3%;调查到国家二级重点保护野生植物有9种。结论:对崂山野生药用植物资源的种类、数量、珍稀物种现状进行了总结,提出对高药用价值与珍稀植物通过建立生境保护小区、原地保存库、异地保存库进行保护的建议。Objective:To investigate the current status and characteristics of wild medicinal plant resources in Laoshan Mountain,and provide a reference for the protection and sustainable utilization of these resources.Methods:By setting up sample lines and quadrats for field surveys,consulting relevant materials,and conducting statistical analysis,the number of medicinal plant species,species groups,life forms,and other characteristics in Laoshan Mountain were analyzed.The species and quantity of rare and endangered medicinal plants were also identified.Results:A total of 924 species of wild medicinal plants,belonging to 493 genera and 143 families,were found to have existed in Laoshan Mountain.Among them,279 species were the original plants of medicinal materials included in the 2020 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia.The dominant families were Asteraceae,Rosaceae,Liliaceae,and Fabaceae.Herbaceous plants were the dominant life form,accounting for 65.5%of the total.The whole plant was the most commonly used medicinal part,accounting for 32.3%.Nine species of wild plants under national second-class protection were identified.Conclusion:This study summarized the species,quantity,and current status of rare species of wild medicinal plant resources in Laoshan Mountain.It also proposed suggestions for protecting medicinal plants with high medicinal value and rare species by establishing habitat protection areas,in-situ conservation banks,and ex-situ conservation banks.
