国医大师黄瑾明教授运用壮医特色疗法治疗变应性鼻炎经验

摘　　要：变应性鼻炎是常见的变态反应性疾病之一,对患者的生活和工作产生负面影响。黄瑾明教授认为毒虚相因是变应性鼻炎的致病根源,龙路、火路异常是发病关键;倡导该病急性期以解毒通路为主,缓解期以调气补虚为主;同时因该病急性期多夹痰湿,故需兼以祛湿化痰,而缓解期多兼瘀血,故常配以活血化瘀。黄瑾明教授常以壮医天阴阳针刺疗法、壮医药线点灸疗法、壮医莲花针拔罐逐瘀疗法等壮医特色疗法治疗该病,具有显著疗效。该文介绍了黄教授治疗过敏性鼻炎的经验,并附验案1则以佐证。As one of the common allergic diseases,allergic rhinitis adversely affects patients'daily life and work.Professor Huang Jinming believes that deficiency complicated with toxins serves as the pathogenic origin of allergic rhi⁃nitis,while the disorder on Dragon route and Fire route is pivotal to its occurrence.He proposed that the treatment shall aim at clearing toxins and smoothening routes in the acute phase,and focus on regulating qi and tonification in the remission phase,and due to the coexistence of phlegm dampness in the acute phase,the therapy for eliminating dampness and resolving phlegm is necessary,while due to the coexistence of blood stasis in the remission phase,the therapy for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stagnation is needed.He used to treat the disease with Zhuang medicine therapies,including Tian Yin-yang needling,moxibustion with medicated thread,and cupping with lotus needling to remove blood stasis,all of which had achieved remarkable effect.This article introduces master Huang's clinical experiences on allergic rhinitis,with a case report as evidence.
