摘　　要：[目的]观察壮医敷贴疗法治疗骆芡(膝骨关节炎)阴证的临床疗效及安全性。[方法]以94例膝骨关节炎阴证患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组47例。观察组予壮医敷贴疗法治疗,对照组予双氯芬酸二乙胺乳胶剂外涂治疗,两组均连续治疗10 d。观察两组患者治疗前后的疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、西安大略和麦克马斯特大学骨关节炎指数(WOMAC)评分,治疗期间的不良反应发生情况以及治疗后的复发率,比较两组疗效。[结果]观察组总有效率为85.11%,对照组总有效率为78.72%,两组疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组患者疼痛VAS评分、WOMAC评分均较治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组(均P<0.05)。观察组复发率为14.29%,对照组为50.00%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为2.13%,对照组为4.26%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。[结论]壮医敷贴疗法可有效减轻膝骨关节炎阴证患者疼痛,改善膝关节功能,且安全性较好,值得临床推广应用。[Objective]To observe the clinical effect and safety of the Zhuang medicated application therapy in the treatment of Luoqian(knee osteoarthritis)with Yin syndrome.[Methods]94 patients with Luoqian with Yin syn⁃drome were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the method of randomized numerical table,with 47 cases in each group.Those in the observation group were treated with Zhuang medicated application therapy for 10 straight days,meanwhile those in the control group were externally administrated with diclofenac diethyl⁃amide emulsion.The pain scores of visual analog scale(VAS),the scores of osteoarthritis index of Western Ontario and McMaster universities(WOMAC)of both groups before and after the treatment were determined.The adverse reactions during the treatment,and the recurrence rate after the treatment were observed.The therapeutic effect achieved in these two groups were compared through comparing the above parameters[.Results]The total effective rate of the ob⁃servation group was 85.11%,and that of the control group was 78.72%.There was no significant difference on the treat⁃ment effect between these two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the pain scores of VAS and WOMAC scores in both groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate in the observation group was 14.29%and 50.00%in the control group.There was no significant difference between these two groups(P>0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reactions was 2.13%in the observation group and 4.26%in the control group,indicating no significant difference between these two groups(P>0.05).[Conclusion]Zhuang medicated application therapy may effectively reduce the pain,improve the knee joint function,and reduce the recurrence rate in knee osteoarthritis with Yin syndrome,while showing good safe⁃ty.The promotion of its clinical application is meaningful.
