摘 要:绿色低碳交通是中国顺利实现“双碳目标”的必由之路,而绿色交通技术创新是发展绿色低碳交通的核心动力。借鉴OECD的绿色交通专利识别方法,本文建构了2001-2020年中国城市尺度的绿色交通专利申请量时空数据库,揭示了近20 a中国绿色交通技术创新活动的时空分布特征,并基于时间、个体双固定效应的面板回归模型以及协整分析探讨了其内外部影响因素。研究发现:(1)道路运输类、运输中的促成技术类2个领域的创新引领着中国绿色交通技术创新。前者占比达62.8%,后者占比51.5%;(2)创新主体实现了由个人为主到企业为主的转换。企业创新主体占比达82.4%;(3)中国绿色交通技术创新的空间分异显著,且日趋集中,珠三角与长三角地区愈发成为绿色交通技术创新高地。深圳远超上海,在道路运输类、运输中的促成技术类2类最重要的创新类别中位列第1;(4)全国尺度,城市综合交通可达性、研发投入对城市绿色交通技术创新的产出起到普遍的促进作用,东部地区研发投入和城市综合交通可达性对绿色交通技术创新起到更大的正向影响,中部地区城市规模和研发投入发挥主要的促进作用,西部地区城市规模、城市交通物流产业区位商、外国直接投资及政府环境规制起到促进作用。创新门槛、外资作用、环境规制与环境现状对绿色交通技术创新的影响机制明显异于绿色技术创新。此外,绿色交通内部技术系统中,运输中的促成技术类创新对其他类别的技术创新有显著促进作用。Using panel regression models with time and entity fixed effects and cointegration analysis,the article investigates both internal and external driving factors:1)Green transporta-tion technology innovation in China is primarily propelled by progress in road transport and en-abling technologies in transport,which account for the largest shares,at 62.8%and 51.5%,re-spectively.2)The key innovators of innovation has shifted from predominantly individual to enterprise,with firms representing the largest proportion at 82.4%.3)The spatial distribution of green transportation technology innovation demonstrates notable differentiation and growing concentration,with the Pearl River Delta and Yangtze River Delta emerging as key innovation hubs.Shenzhen has surpassed Shanghai in two fundamental domains:road transport and en-abling technologies in transport.4)External factors such as urban comprehensive transporta-tion accessibility and research and development(R&D)investment universally promote urban green transportation technology innovation at the national scale.In the eastern region,R&D in-vestment and urban comprehensive transportation accessibility exert a stronger positive influ-ence;in the central region,urban scale and R&D investment are the principal driving forces;and in the western region,urban scale,urban transportation logistics industrial location entropy,foreign direct investment,and governmental environmental regulations all contribute to promot-ing innovation.Compared with green technology innovation,green transportation technology innovation differs significantly in terms of innovation thresholds,the role of foreign investment,environmental regulations,and environmental conditions.Additionally,within green transporta-tion’s internal technological system,innovation in enabling technologies in transport signific-antly spurs innovation across other categories.This study provides references and insights for the formulation of policy regulation measures tailored to the local context of green transporta-tion te
