摘　　要：航空运输业的迅猛扩展带动了机场建设项目的频发,如何合理监管工程成本,成为业界瞩目的焦点。文中聚焦于机场建设过程中,工程成本影响因素,深入剖析项目从启动至运营的各个阶段,如何有效控制成本的策略。研究提出,通过设计方案的优化、施工管理的加强以及信息化手段的运用等措施,能够显著提升机场建设的经济回报,并促进其可持续发展。The rapid expansion of the air transportation industry has driven frequent airport construction projects,and how to reasonably regulate engineering costs has become a focus of attention in the industry.The article focuses on the factors affecting engineering costs in the process of airport construction,and deeply analyzes the strategies for effectively controlling costs in each stage of the project from start-up to operation.The study proposes that measures such as optimizing design schemes,strengthening construction management,and utilizing information technology can significantly enhance the economic returns ofairport construction and promote its sustainable development.
