摘 要:随着城市化快速推进,高层建筑、桥梁等复杂结构逐渐增多,建筑抗震安全已成为工程领域的研究重点。地震的突发性和破坏力对建筑物及人类生命财产构成巨大威胁。为有效应对地震灾害,隔震与耗能减震技术已被广泛应用。将两者结合使用,能够在不同地震频率下实现优势互补,进一步提升建筑的抗震性能。对隔震与耗能减震技术的性能特点、设计策略及实际应用展开深入研究,具有重要的理论意义和工程实践价值。With the rapid advancement of urbanization,complex structures such as high-rise buildings and bridges are gradually increasing,and seismic safety of buildings has become a research focus in the engineering field.The suddenness and destructive power of earthquakespose a huge threat to buildings and human life and property.In order to effectively respond to earthquake disasters,seismic isolation and energy dissipation technologies have been widely applied.Combining the two can achieve complementary advantages atdifferent earthquake frequencies,further enhancing the seismic performance of buildings.Conducting in-depth research on the performance characteristics,design strategies,and practical applications of seismic isolation and energy dissipationtechnologies has important theoretical significance and engineering practical value.
