摘 要:随着全球能源需求持续增加以及环境问题日益严峻,建筑行业面临着越来越大的压力。办公楼作为能源消耗的重要来源,其能效问题已成为各国政府与行业专家关注的重点。建筑节能技术的应用尤为重要,尤其是在办公楼中,这不仅关系到节省能源、降低能耗,还涉及到减少碳排放、提升舒适性等方面。传统的能源消耗方式已经无法满足现代建筑的绿色发展需求,如何在确保良好的室内环境质量的前提下,优化建筑的能源使用成为亟待解决的难题。文中探讨建筑节能技术的现状与发展,分析其应用效果,并提出优化策略,以期为办公楼节能技术的提升提供理论依据。With the continuous increase in global energy demand and increasingly severe environmental problems,the construction industry is facing increasing pressure.As an important source of energy consumption,the energy-savingof office buildings has become a focus of attention for governments and industry experts around the world.The application of building energy-saving technology is particularly important,especially in office buildings,which not only relates to energy conservation and energconsumption reduction,but also involves reducing carbon emissions and improving comfort.The traditional energy consumption methods are no longer able to meet the green development needs of modern buildings.How to optimize the energy use of buildings while ensuring good indoor environmental quality has become an urgent problem to be solved.The article explores the current status and development of building energy-saving technologies,analyzes their application effects,and proposes optimization strategies inorder to provide theoretical basis for the improvement of energy-saving technologies in office buildings.
