摘　　要：目的:基于2019-2023年国家抽检数据,深入分析中药饮片质量现状,持续提升中药饮片质量,确保公众用药安全与健康。方法:采用数据分析、案例分析、文献研究、市场调研及访谈等多种研究方法,分析抽检数据,并结合调研事实与现状分析,综合评估中药饮片质量的影响因素及潜在风险。结果与结论:针对质量意识不足、源头控制复杂、产业链薄弱、追溯防控机制欠缺及标准局限等问题,建议强化全产业链质量意识、实施绿色源头质控、融合传统与现代技术、推行智能储存与运输、完善追溯评估体系、加速成果转化及强化监管。Objective:To analyze the current quality status of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)decoction pieces,with the goal of continuously improving their quality and ensuring public safety and health in medicinal usage,based on national sampling inspection data from 2019 to 2023.Methods:Various research methods including data analysis,case studies,literature reviews,market research,and interviews were employed to analyze the sampling inspection data.Combined with factual survey results and current situation analysis,a comprehensive assessment of the influencing factors and potential risks of TCM decoction piece quality was conducted.Results and Conclusion:Addressing issues such as inadequate quality awareness,complex source control,weak industrial chains,lack of traceability and prevention mechanisms,and limited standards,it is recommended to strengthen quality awareness across the entire industry chain,implement green source quality control,integrate traditional and modern technologies,promote intelligent storage and transportation,improve traceability and evaluation systems,accelerate the transformation of achievements,and enhance supervision.
