摘 要:目前关于波纹钢腹板-桁架-混凝土板组合梁中波纹钢腹板的简化建模研究相对较少。因此,文中通过研究不同建模方法下波纹钢腹板的差异分析,力求找到一种能够提高波纹钢腹板建模效率、降低建模工作量的简化建模方法。文中以某大跨度钢管混凝土拱桥作为研究对象,研究一种将波形钢腹板-桁架-混凝土板组合梁中的波纹钢腹板按照“以直代曲”建模的简化模拟方法。通过此简化模拟模型与常规模拟模型在多个方面进行对比分析,探究两种方法计算精度的差异大小。研究结果表明,此简化模拟方法与常规模拟方法在桥梁挠度、吊杆应力、水平系杆轴力和成桥后的屈曲稳定系数等方面计算结果差距不大,适用于此类桥梁波纹钢腹板简化模拟,可为同类桥梁波纹钢腹板简化建模时提供一定参考。Currently,there is limited research on simplified modeling methods for the corrugated steel webs in corrugated steel web-truss-concrete slab composite beams.This paper aims to find a simplified modeling method that improves modeling efficiency and reduces the modeling workload by analyzing the differences in corrugated steel web modeling under different methods.The study focuses on a large-span steel-concrete arch bridge as a case,investigating a simplified modeling approach that replaces the curved corrugated steel web in the composite beam with a straight approximation.The simplified model is compared with a conventional model in multiple aspects to explore the differences in calculation accuracy between the two methods.The results show that the simplified simulation method produces similar results to the conventional model in terms of bridge deflection,hanger stress,horizontal tie-rod axial force,and post-construction buckling stability factor.This simplified method is suitable for modeling the corrugated steel web in such bridges and provides a reference for simplifying the modeling of corrugated steel webs in similar bridge structures.
