摘 要:文中为探究TRC板增强混凝土叠合板在四点弯曲作用下工作协同性能,揭示TRC板增强混凝土叠合板损伤演化机理,对3块TRC(Textile Reinforced Concrete)板增强钢筋桁架混凝土叠合板带和3块全混凝土板带进行四点加载弯曲试验。分析荷载-位移曲线、板带和钢筋应变、裂缝分布与开裂程度的变化情况,比较现有刚度计算方法的适用性并推导出TRC叠合板刚度计算公式。试验结果表明,TRC板增强混凝土板带可一定程度增强混凝土板带承载力,对板带初始开裂损伤后刚度提升明显;TRC板-钢筋桁架混凝土叠合板具有较好的协同性能,纯弯曲段板底应变分布更均匀;TRC板-钢筋桁架混凝土叠合板具有良好的裂缝宽度控制能力;文中提出的TRC板刚度计算公式与试验结果吻合度较好。To explore the cooperative performance of textile reinforced concrete TRC plate-enhanced concrete composite slabs under four-point bending and to reveal the damage evolution mechanism of TRC plate-enhanced concrete composite slabs,four-point bending tests were conducted on three TRC plate-enhanced steel truss concrete composite slabs and three fully concrete composite slabs.The load-displacement curves,strains in the plates and reinforcement,and changes in crack distribution and crack width were analyzed.The applicability of existing stiffness calculation methods was compared,and a stiffness calculation formula for the TRC composite slab was derived.The experimental results indicate that the TRC plate-enhanced concrete slabs can enhance the bearing capacity of the concrete slabs to some extent,with a significant increase in stiffness after the initial cracking damage.The TRC plate-steel truss concrete composite slab exhibits good cooperative performance,with a more uniform strain distribution at the bottom of the slab in the pure bending section.Additionally,the TRC plate-steel truss concrete composite slab demonstrates excellent crack width control capabilities.The proposed stiffness calculation formula for the TRC plate shows good agreement with the experimental results.
