摘 要:为研究某超限高层建筑的抗震性能,采用多遇地震作用下的反应谱分析、弹性时程分析及动力弹塑性时程分析等方法,进行位移角、薄弱层楼板应力、穿层柱的稳定及关键构件的承载力等指标分析。结果表明楼板能有效传递水平地震力、耗能构件能有效耗散地震力、穿层柱具备较高的稳定承载力、关键构件能实现既定的性能目标要求,结构体系合理、安全、可靠,可供同类工程设计参考。To investigate the seismic performance of an ultra-tall building,methods such as response spectrum analysis under frequent earthquake scenarios,elastic time-history analysis,and dynamic elastoplastic time-history analysis were employed.The analysis focused on indicators such as displacement angle,stress on weak floor slabs,stability of through-floor columns,and bearing capacity of key components.The results show that the floor slabs can effectively transfer horizontal seismic forces,energy-dissipating components can effectively absorb seismic energy,through-floor columns possess high stability and bearing capacity,and key components can achieve the performance objectives.The structural system is found to be rational,safe,and reliable,providing a reference for the design of similar projects.
