摘 要:针对深水浅覆盖层钢管桩插打困难,钢管桩锁扣入岩困难且容易损伤,钢管桩内封底混凝土外翻困难,钢管桩围堰渗漏不易控制等难题,文中结合南昌市复兴大桥施工,通过研究深水浅覆盖层基础锁扣钢管桩围堰施工技术,分析各关键施工工序,得出钢管桩内引孔,钢管桩复打前采用定制的扩孔钻头扩孔,调整封底混凝土施工顺序,利用地下连续墙原理进行止水等施工方法,提高了施工质量,加快了施工进度,节约了施工成本。相关研究结论可为类似工程提供借鉴。To address challenges such as difficulty in driving steel pipe piles in deep water with thin overburden layers,challenges in locking steel pipe piles into bedrock without damage,difficulties in preventing bottom-sealing concrete from overturning,and challenges in controlling leakage in steel pipe pile cofferdams,this study examines the construction techniques for foundation locking steel pipe pile cofferdams in deep water and thin overburden conditions,based on the construction of the Fuxing Bridge in Nanchang.By analyzing key construction procedures,the study proposes methods such as pre-drilling within the steel pipe piles,using custom reaming drill bits before re-driving the piles,adjusting the construction sequence for bottom-sealing concrete,and employing water-stopping techniques based on the diaphragm wall principle.These methods enhance construction quality,accelerate progress,and reduce costs.The findings provide valuable references for similar engineering projects.
